Accelero Capital’s assets comprise of companies in which its investments are held through its specially tailored funds,
companies it manages under a strategic arrangement with its partner Orascom TMT Investments (OTMTI) and start-ups in which
it has been investing directly.
Using skills gained from its intensive TMT experience, it is diversifying into a range of new activities and has recently
diversified into new fields.
Assets under management
Accelero Capital has a strategic alliance with Orascom TMT Investments ("OTMTI") whereby it provides management,
consultancy and advisory services to the group. The team is continuously proactively involved in monitoring OTMTI’s
OTMTI is an experienced investor and strategic shareholder in telecommunications and technology companies. OTMTI is the majority shareholder of Orascom Telecom Media & Technology S.A.E. ("OTMT"), a company listed on the Egyptian and London Stock exchanges, and is also indirectly the majority shareholder of Italiaonline S.p.A., a company listed on Borsa Italiana and of Dada S.p.A, a company listed on the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange. Furthermore, it indirectly owns the entire corporate capital of ITnet S.r.l. OTMTI is also an investor in pre-selected funds focusing on high-growth industries such as the SUPERNAP data center technology. In recent years, OTMTI started using its vast accumulated experience in launching, re-launching and growing telecommunication networks to expand into other high-growth high-yield sectors such as Energy, Transport and Logistics, and Financial Services and Infrastructure.
DADA - listed in the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange – is an international leader in professional digital
services aimed at building the online presence of its customers (domain registration, hosting, servers, website creation,
e-commerce, brand protection).
DADA is one of the leading companies in Europe in the Domain & Hosting business, positioning itself among the top
players in the markets in which it operates: in addition to Italy (Register.it), DADA has offices in Spain (Nominalia),
the UK (Namesco), Ireland (Register365) and France/Portugal/The Netherlands (the Amen Group). As of January 2010,
following the acquisition of PoundHost, DADA has become a leading provider of dedicated and virtual hosting services in
the UK. DADA is also a key player in the online brand protection business with important clients throughout both Italy and
DADA has about 1.7 million domains under management, 530,000 business clients and 500,000 websites hosted on its
platforms, making it one of the leading names in the European domain and hosting sector.
Dada continues to strengthen its international position through the expansion of its geographical footprint and the
introduction of new, innovative, high-end products.

intY is a cloud computing company whose intY CASCADE product enables customers to select multiple cloud computing
applications, products and services from multiple vendors and purchase them as a single bundle.
intY CASCADE allows resellers, application developers and service providers to work in collaboration, creating
integrated bundles straight to the point-of-sale to deliver an integrated one-touch provisioning, billing and management
With offices in London, Bristol, Miami and Frankfurt, it is rapidly expanding its footprint to Asia and South America
and elsewhere around the world.

Accelero Capital has two limited partnership funds, created in late 2014 and early 2015. The two funds focus on
technology, digital media and telecommunications, and as the general partner, Accelero Capital manages both funds and it
also invests in them alongside other limited partners.
Accelero Capital's management team, with its diverse array of experienced professionals, takes an active role
developing the businesses under the funds' control.
In partnership with its network of entrepreneurs and investors, the team is constantly on the lookout for
opportunities for creating new funds.
Established in October 2014, the ACDC Fund was created to exploit, through SUPERNAP International, the
SUPERNAP technology in building data center ecosystems around the world.
SUPERNAP International is a partnership between Switch in the United States and ACDC Fund. SUPERNAP International has been
locating, analyzing and investing in building data center ecosystems worldwide based on the design of the state-of-the-
art, multi-tenant, Tier IV-rated SUPERNAP facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada; providing innovative methods to change the way
data centers are engineered and used worldwide.
SUPERNAP data centers provide unrivaled colocation, connectivity, cloud and content ecosystems. They represent
innovation, security and reliability for more than 1,000 global clients, from passionate startups to Fortune 100
Accelero Capital is now working through the fund to create high-tech data centers and cloud computing hubs,
based on SUPERNAP technology, in various countries and regions. The fund has been locating, analyzing and investing
directly and indirectly in the data centers.
Established in February 2015, the A15 Fund was created to invest in A15, an entrepreneurial company that invests in digital products and technology brands. It focuses on opportunities for growing the digital world in the Middle East.
A15 is the curator for innovative digital start-ups, with clients from all segments, whether B2B such as agencies, operators, enterprises, SMEs, or B2C catering for all interests and age groups. The company invests in several businesses in the digital field using technology to offer products and services to the end consumer. A15 has 17 investments for which about 1000 employees are working in 16 offices to serve more than 20 promising markets in the Middle East region. The team has extensive experience and a proven track record in investing in digital media and technology in the region and beyond.
These investments include "ConnectAds" a digital media sales house, "Link Development" a technology solution provider, "ArpuPlus" for value added mobile services, "LinkDataCenter" for hosting services, "E7gezly" for online event ticketing, "Tpay" for mobile payment, among other names such as, Kijamii, El3ab, Performly, Paymob, Tutorama, Mena Commerce, Genart, Wuzzuf, Mumm and Shezlong.
Investments in Start-ups
Accelero Capital's team has been using its diverse capabilities to identify and acquire new businesses and
entrepreneurial ventures that are marked by innovativeness, scalability and growth.
With its financial, technical and management expertise, Accelero Capital has been guiding these ventures on securing key
skills such as management, financing, networking and utilizing technology commercialization with the overriding aim of
achieving rapid growth.
NTS has been operating the only Nile taxi available service in Egypt for almost three years and is currently looking
at expanding its fleet and services.

Our portfolio covers all technology aspects including (but not limited to) mobile networks design, rollout, optimization, operations and maintenance, in addition to end-to-end management of networks or mobile operators under a managed services/management agreement setup.
- Oper8's shareholders are renowned and confirmed veterans in the ICT industry with international experience spanning across the globe, yet with a special regional focus and in-depth know-how (Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Pakistan, Italy, etc.).
TCA was founded in 2013 by graduates of the London School of Economics, the University of California at Berkeley and
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an admissions consulting firm. In 2014, the company expanded into preparation
for standardized tests such as the SAT, GMAT and the GRE and shifted its focus towards education technology. TCA now
develops its own educational curricula and is creating Egypt’s first adaptive learning technology products.
